In 2004, the Auburn Athletic Association and Student Government Association established the “All Auburn All Orange” program. This program was created to promote and create unity and team spirit among the Auburn family. T-shirts are created every year and sold to raise money for student scholarships and the Student Government Association’s Big Event. Big Event participants team up to devote one specific day to meeting the needs of many in the community as a way to say “thank you.”

Auburn University has many traditions, which AU prides itself on being built upon. The most famous of all is rolling Toomer’s Corner after an Auburn victory. Toomer’s Corner is the intersection of Magnolia Avenue and S. College Street at the front of campus. Toomer’s Oak is the huge Oak tree found at that intersection. After each win Auburn fans can be found celebrating by rolling the famous tree with the most toilet paper anyone has ever seen. It’s a great tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation. This is only one of the many reasons that it is great to be an Auburn Tiger!

Auburn University is a school that prides itself on the student body and their classy team spirit. The Tigers joined the Southeastern Conference in 1933 and has since then won six SEC championships. The Tiger’s mascot’s name is Aubie the tiger, who you can find dancing and putting on all sorts of random acts on the sidelines at every home game. Auburn’s fight song is “War Eagle”, a song written about our battle cry.

The campus of Auburn University is home to Jordan-Hare Stadium, named after Ralph "Shug" Jordan (One of the best coaches in AU history), and Cliff Hare (a member of the first Auburn football team). Jordan-Hare Stadium has a seating capacity of 87,451, and is now known as one of the top ten largest on-campus stadiums in the NCAA. Before Jordan-Hare came to be, the Tigers gathered at Auburn Stadium from 1939 to 1949 and the Cliff Hare Stadium from 1949 to 1973.
