Virtual stores is the technology used in this article. In this store, customers can purchase items for their avatars as well as theirselves. Advantages include being able to reach a major untapped opportunity to reach out to real people and their alter egos. Another advantage is that they can reach vast audiences in a new way. This also allows companies to push boundaries in how they communicate with their customers. The only disadvantage in this would be that virtual stores are not for everybody.

An interactive virtual reality game was created to show doctors how epileptic flare-ups were controlled by Keppra, an epilepsy medication. It would transport doctors inside the brain where they could see Keppra actually attacking the seizure. THis was done with a virtual reality helmet.
